I'm a passionate and organized Virgo with a love for acquiring certificates in various modalities. If you read my book, you know I LOVE certificates!!! There is something about receiving a piece of paper that pats you on the back for accomplishing a task.
Long ago, I was a licensed pharmacy technician before transitioning into motherhood. Since 2007, I've showcased my skills as a licensed manicurist, offering an safe space to connect and share.
Along the way, my lifelong trait of organizing has made it's way into my professional career. My love of organizing started as a child - just ask my childhood friend Kali, who might recall an attempt at room-cleaning that didn't quite align with an 8-year-old's idea of fun!
In 2018, I dedicated 200 hours to Vinyasa Yoga, then became owner of Hanford Yoga in 2019, where I taught yoga classes three days a week. After losing Wyland in 2020, I took a break from teaching and I passed the studio on to a fellow yoga instructor and friend.
In 2021, I completed another 200-hour course, this time in Hatha Yoga.
I love how yoga feels in my body...and any size or shape of body can do it! We can modify postures to meet your physical needs.
Motivated by life's challenging twists, I pursued a Health & Life Coach course, fueled by personal experiences - marriage, the birth of my beautiful son, and the heartbreak of an ugly divorce, and the tragic loss of my child.
My world was shattered when Wyland fell victim to a devastating crime committed by his own father. In the face of unimaginable pain, I grappled with emotions and struggled through years of grief, finding support in various areas. Now, I aspire to be a guiding light for others, drawing from my own hardships to empathize and extend a helping hand to those navigating difficult paths.
